Sunridge Microgrid Co-op
A community-owned solar micro-grid with battery backup and metered billing.
Sunridge is a cooperative raising capital to install a 1.2 MW solar micro-grid that serves eight surrounding farmsteads and a village hall. Shareholders own the grid. Money is released in stages as independent engineers certify each milestone on-chain.
Milestone-based release
Funds are held in escrow and released in stages, verified on Bitcoin:
